How does it work?
A ‘micro-reservoir’ at plant roots
1. After application to the soil, the Super Absorbent Polymer absorbs large amounts of water and stores it in its grid macromolecules.
2. Insoluble in water, it visibly enlarges with rain or initial irrigation, transforming into a gel-like substance.
3. It releases stored water to the plant when water outside is unavailable.
4. When it rains, or the area is irrigated, the agent repeatedly absorbs excess water surrounding the plant for up to two years.
5. By swelling with absorbed water, the Super Absorbent Polymer also improves the permeability and conditioning of the soil, which benefits the growth of plant roots and microorganisms.
